Perfect balance of clean and moisturized

This has a very strong, though pleasant smell. I was half worried it would leave me smelling like onions lol but it doesn't.

I do oil treatments before I shower, and some of my shampoos completely strip out the oil leaving super dry strands, while others couldn't get it to rinse clean and left a greasy mess.

This has a really nice balance of moisture and cleanliness. Left my hair saturated with moisture without being heavy or greasy. I see why it says it helps with hair loss, because it keeps hair from drying out. This combo shampoo and conditioner did everything I was hoping for!

Made my hair soft and full

I am 70 with shoulder length thinning fine color treated hair. This shampoo is a thick almost transparent olive green gel. I used two full pumps of the shampoo on my wet hair. The shampoo produced a medium thick lather. I rinsed and lathered my hair a second time using less shampoo which produced even more lather. The color of the shampoo reminds me of used grease but the smell of the shampoo is mild and pleasing to my nose. The shampoo does not feel greasy.
After rinsing I used the thick white conditioner of the same brand. It did not take much to leave my hair easy to comb and soft. The conditioner has little scent.
The conditioner pump was very difficult to release. I could see that the pump on the shampoo bottle was threaded so I held the pump tightly under the spout and turned hard. The pump finally released with a pop.
I am quite pleased with this shampoo/conditioner combination. My hair was left clean, soft, voluminous and easy to style.

The shampoo lathers well and leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean. The conditioner doesn't have a waxy feel and doesn't weigh down my hair. There is a subtle scent that I don't have much of an opinion on, I think it's good that it isn't a strong scent.
I can't speak to the claims of it helping with hair-loss, that would take a while to notice. But it is a solid shampoo and conditioner set, especially if you're looking for Paraben-Free products

This shampoo and conditioner set has a great smell don't let the name throw you off. Great value and amount for the price!
The package came with the shampoo leaking out from the pump, not sure why they didn't separate the pump and seal the shampoo and conditioner.
The shampoo leathers great and washes out with a silk like feel.
The conditioner is thick and goes on well. The set works well together.
I have not noticed thicker hair yet however works great for a detangler.
My hair after using a hair dryer and straightener looks and feels great.
Overall this is a great value set for good quality hair however for me having platinum highlights and naturally straight hair this combination is not my go to but is great to have to use in-between the higher costing shampoos and conditioners that I use.
Recommended for thinning and hard to manage hair.

Overall this is a nice shampoo and conditioner set. The shampoo lathers nicely and cleans well. The conditioner does its job. Each product has a light scent and definitely no onion smell. The shampoo is a dark green with a light earthy scent like grass. It’s tolerable. The conditioner is a thick white with a light pleasant scent. It left my medium texture hair silky but did weigh it down a little, made it flatter. It will likely work better on coarse hair and tame it well.It will take a while to determine if it slows shedding but I will continue use to see if I experience that result. In the meantime it’s a decent conditioner and shampoo and 2 large bottles for the price.Some of the product spilled in transit but it was well sealed in an envelope and contained. One pump worked well but the other needed to be worked on to loosen it and hot water to clear it and pop-up the pump so lost a little product but ok in the end.I did some research on onion shampoos. All indications are good as onions play a role in production of keratin, the protein that gives hair its strength and elasticity. Onion shampoos antioxidants and anitfungal which reduce inflammation and hair stress which contribute to hair loss and can help with dandruff. It has some science base. I saw a study online in a Dermatology journal found those who rinsed hair in onion juice saw more hair regrowth that those who used water. Worth a try.

When I got these I opened the shampoo with no issues. Unfortunately the conditioner had leaked and it made it nearly impossible to open. I was about to give up and unscrew the whole top but I had the idea to grip the round part that was aimlessly spinning (thanks to the conditioner lubricating it) with a towel and twist and that did the trick. Once I finally got it open it was a pleasant experience. The shampoo was odd, it was a dark olive green color, but it smelled nice and lathered well. My arch-nemesis the conditioner smelled good and made my hair feel coated and protected. I dried my hair and it felt incredibly soft and smelled nice. I was a little worried the products would smell like onion but I didn’t notice any onion scent at all. I would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the frustrations with the conditioner bottle.

This shampoo and conditioner set seem like they would be nice for dry hair. My hair is normal to oily and they left my hair limp.The shampoo is a kind of weird green color and it has a bit of a goopy texture. I liked the conditioner better - it's pearly in appearance and smells good.There's no unpleasant smell, as one might worry about with onion shampoo. Both products have pleasant smells.

This is the first time ever hearing or trying an onion shampoo and conditioner and I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. It came securely wrapped but the conditioner was leaking upon arrival. I was a little bit surprised by the color of the shampoo being an olive green. Regardless the shampoo worked well, left my hair feeling clean, hydrated (I have long wavy hair) and shiny. The conditioner looked like every other conditioner and left my hair feeling smooth. However, I found that the smell of the conditioner to be quite strong. Thankfully the smell didn't linger once I rinse my hair. I found that both the shampoo and conditioner had strong cheap fragrances to them, so if you're sensitive to smells this might not work for you. But it does deliver on frizz reduction which is something I appreciate. My bf also tried them and had the same thoughts about the scents. He also noted that his hair felt a little bit drier with this combo but that his hair styled nicely. I did not feel my hair being dryer but I do have oiler hair than him. So I'd say this is great for a natural dry finish on the hair and also a bonus of added volume, but not great if you prefer a more silky finish.

The main thing I wanted to find out about this shampoo was whether it smelled like onion. It doesn't. It smells nice like regular shampoo with a minty lemon scent. I couldn't say whether it helps hair grow, because I’m sure those results are subtle and take a long time. But judging it strictly on performance as a shampoo, I really liked it. It’s very non-stripping. I never tried a shampoo like it because it doesn't make my hair feel parched or squeaky clean. It lathered up well enough, but when i rinse it out, my hair felt a little slick, like it was already conditioned. And then the conditioner just reinforced that silkiness. My hair was nice and soft after I dried it too.But, there were other aspects of the set that forced me to subtract a star. To me, there are qualities a shampoo should have that to make it a 5-star shampoo. It should be color-safe because I, as well as many other people, color my hair on a regular basis. I can't pinpoint sulfates in the ingredient list, but if it's not clearly stated, I have to assume that it's not color-safe. I do appreciate that it is paraben and silicon-free, but it's missing "cruelty-free". That's an important issue in my family and I hope more companies join the commitment to not harm animals for the sake of their product. Once again, it's not clearly stated that it's cruelty-free, so I have to assume that it's not.For the volume and quality you get I think this shampoo/conditioner set is a great value at its current $24.99 price. So, if the issues I mentioned don't bother you much, I would say that this is a great shampoo set to try out.*One more thing: this company should reconsider renaming this item and not emphasizing the onion seed ingredient. I think it immediately turns some people off. I was turned off by the thought of walking around with a smelly onion head, but then curiosity won me over. Other people probably won’t want to pay $25 to satisfy their curiosity.

I was concerned when I first try this and the shampoo is a really dark shade of green but it lathers up really nicely and has a very pleasant aroma, it rinses out cleanly and I like the way my hair feels after using this shampoo and conditioner

My favorite part of this duo is the shampoo. It is a deep, earthy green color and is lightly scented (I love the scent, there's no onion smell). This shampoo leaves my hair feeling super hydrated and smooth which I believe is from the addition of the black seed oil in the formula. My hair felt so clean but not stripped after using this shampoo. It even helped to de-tangle my hair which is a first for a shampoo.I was expecting the conditioner to follow suit with the shampoo but unfortunately it fell flat for me. The scent wasn't that great, and it didn't seem to "condition" my hair at all. I honestly felt like I could skip using this particular conditioner and go back to using something else I already own.The shampoo is the star for me, so that's what made me give this 4/5 stars. If the conditioner was good this would be a 5 star product duo in my opinion. I have 4a/4b natural hair for reference.

These certainly do not smell like onions. Very pleasantly scented. They work well in conjunction with each other. Volumizing and still keeps my hair soft and detangled. I really like the pump bottles. Easy to use and easy to keep straight which is which on my shower shelf. I like to mix up every other shampoo/condition with two different kinds of products. I consider this one lighter, more clarifying, lightens up my hair, not heavy. I've used this multiple times, no issues with irritation or flaking. I didn't look into the ingredients too much, seem fine. I have a decent head of hair, no noticeable extra growth. Overall, decent set, decent value for the quality and quantity.

I love this shampoo and conditioner it smells so good it has onion extract in it but it does not have any onion smell. It smell really nice and leaves my hair so soft and shiny. I have been using the shampoo for weeks but just started the conditioner and I am very pleased. In fact I loved this shampoo & conditioner so much I would purchase again.

I enjoyed using this duo shampoo and conditioner. The products do a fine job at cleaning and I liked the way my hair felt after using the conditioner. I was worried there would be a strong scent of onion, but there isn't. In fact, there really isn't much of a scent at all and definitely nothing perceptible after rinsing out the products. I don't notice a difference in terms of hair loss or thinning, but as a shampoo and conditioner they work great.

I got this hoping it will help repair my damaged hair. It doesn't irritate my skin or dry out my hair. The pumps were easy for me to get out of the locked position and easy to use (i.e. not shaky, stuff, or either stingy or overgenerous with product). I find the fragrance mild and inoffensive, though I admit I don't have the sharpest sense of smell. My hair looks better after using the shampoo alone than when using it with the conditioner. I have never figured out how to apply any conditioner without leaving too much residue, and believe me I have tried... I've found silicone scalp scrubbers are the best means to break residues down, for what it's worth.

This Reconforte shampoo and conditioner are nice products.Both my wife and I especially like the smell of the shampoo, it is a natural smell, neither too sweet or too bitter.There is no arrow on the pump lid to explain which way to turn the pump. I was able to get the pump on the conditioner to spring up immediately, but the shampoo pump took more work; I had to unscrew the pump, wipe it off, clamp the stem with a pair of pliers, and twist the lid counter clockwise, to get the stem to pop up.Just a little bit of shampoo gives significant lather.My wife uses the conditioner on her long hair. She says it does make her hair feel soft. She didn't notice any significant change, but she enjoys using this shampoo and conditioner.Both the shampoo and conditioner are 500 mL, she prefers to have more shampoo than conditioner.

Fully recommend this bundle. I bought it and my husband and children tried it too and all I can say is that we are truly satisfied. Not only the quality but the smells that lingers throughout the day. Order your bundle and you will come back for more!

The shampoo lathering up nicely, easy to rinse off and make the hair feel pretty clean. It leaves a subtle scent on the hair. The conditioner, work just like other conditioner I have, and it is not thick, not runny and you do need to use a little more to cover all your hair. The conditioner also does rinse off easily after waiting for few minutes and it makes my hair feel moisturized and protected.Overall, both the shampoo and conditioner works pretty good, just like the other similar products I've been using, but this set seems more pricey because of the Keratin in the ingredients.

I could still feel the shampoo in my hair, but I could no longer see any bubbles.Conditioner - about the same; it spread out nicely but was very thin. Although it wasn't dripping off my hair.The smell is not very pleasant; it wasn't horrible, not earthy or natural, almost like a chemical smell, but after rinsing, it did not linger. Both rinsed out well and provided a sleek and shiny appearance after my hair was dried.Will adjust the review after several more uses.
